Which cellular carriers are certified with the VT320?
VT320-FQ02 (LTE Cat-M / NB-IoT, global) is certified with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, plus FCC, IC, and PTCRB. The VT320 is a small-form-factor asset and vehicle telematics tracker with GPS, accelerometer, and driver behavior sensing. EU and APAC variants are available with regional certifications.
How do I configure the VT320?
The VT320 is configured using the VTConfig Windows tool (not a web browser). Connect the VT320 to your computer via USB or serial, open VTConfig, and load the device. Use VTConfig V2.1.2 or later for reliable multi-device config sessions. Load, edit, and write configuration changes via the tool; verify by reading back the device config.
How does the VT320 connect to cellular?
The VT320 connects automatically over Cat-M or NB-IoT using the carrier profile baked into the device for its certified region. For a custom or enterprise APN, configure the APN through VTConfig’s cellular settings tab.
How do I change the VT320's telemetry publish interval?
Telemetry publish interval can be set via VTConfig (default is typically 60 seconds). The interval can also be overridden remotely via MQTT on the device’s configuration topic.
