It targets large fleets of moderate-rate industrial endpoints that need remote operations and link redundancy.

What does 5G RedCap mean for an IR602 deployment?
RedCap addresses industrial devices that need more bandwidth than traditional low-power wide-area links but do not require full eMBB peak capability. The IR602 uses it for PLC, AGV, telemetry, supporting video, and distributed-site traffic, with 4G LTE fallback.
