An IR602 5G RedCap industrial router is deployed as the communication gateway for each production line. PLCs, industrial robots, CNC machines, and cameras connect through Ethernet. AGVs, industrial tablets, and mobile maintenance terminals connect over Wi-Fi 6.
The IR602 uses 5G RedCap as the primary backhaul link. Equipment status and production data are sent through an encrypted VPN tunnel to the company data center or industrial cloud platform.
DeviceLive provides centralized management for all deployed routers. Operations teams can update configurations, perform firmware upgrades, monitor network status, receive fault alerts, and diagnose issues remotely.
