InHand Networks warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship starting from their date of shipping from InHand\u2019s manufacturing facilities for a period of time as indicated below. The warranty period of products varies based on their product categories. We will offer you a refund, exchange or repair service case-by-case. \u00b7 This warranty is limited to either the repair or replacement (at InHand\u2019s sole discretion) of the defective product during its warranty period.<\/p>

\u00b7 If a product is found to be defective within 30 days after you received the products, and if the product was properly installed and used, the product can be considered defective on arrival. A replacement Product may be returned to you as the Product was configured when originally purchased. Customers are responsible for all back-up, recovery and reinstallation of other software or data.<\/p>

\u00b7 Repaired or replaced products are warrantied for 3 months from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product\u2019s warranty period, whichever is longer.<\/p>

\u00b7 Products returned without an RMA number and without a valid proof of purchase will not be processed and will be subject to disposal. Customers may obtain an RMA number at track number.com by submitting the required information.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 Product modified in any way NOT described explicitly in the corresponding product\u2019s user manuals. (NOTE: The product\u2019s user manuals provide instructions for installing, configuring, and maintaining your InHand product. Please refer to the user manuals before installing or configuring the product, and don\u2019t tear up the label at the product body.)<\/p>

\u00b7 Product has been painted, rebranded or physically modified in any way.<\/p>

\u00b7 Product subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or other causes. Such product conditions will be determined by InHand at its sole and unfettered discretion.<\/p>

\u00b7 Product damaged due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire. Product found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.<\/p>

\u00b7 Products that have been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the Customer, or by a third party at the request of the Customer.<\/p>

\u00b7 Products with an altered and\/or damaged serial number.<\/p>

\u00b7 Product has been damaged due to power surges, improper power supply, electrical current fluctuations, corrosive environment installations, induced vibration, harmonic oscillations or resonance associated with movement of air currents around the Product(s).<\/p>

\u00b7 The customer has not followed local country regulations, including operation within legal frequency channels, output power Dynamic Frequency Selection requirements.<\/p>

\u00b7 Products has been damaged or impaired as a result of using third party hardware, software or firmware.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 Customers are required to create an RMA number and send an email to InHand\u2019s Technical Support team, describing the issue in detail. Technical Support will help to resolve the problem remotely. If the issue requires product return, Technical Support will confirm this and notify the Sales Administrator to arrange for the return shipment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 In-Warranty Products: If the product is under warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to InHand. We will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired or replaced product to the customer.<\/p>

\u00b7 Out-of-Warranty Products: For products that are no longer under warranty, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any repair or replacement fees. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs to return the product to them after repairs are complete.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess the issue and determine whether the product can be repaired or replaced. Most repairs are completed within 7-10 business days, but more complex issues may require additional time. If a replacement unit is necessary, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 Repair<\/span><\/strong> cost: refers to the labor expenses incurred by the service personnel for inspection, repair, debugging and adding functions of the repaired products, the use of instruments and equipment, and the sum of the site, water and electricity, and auxiliary materials.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This Warranty applies to all Products sold under the InHand brand. If any provision of this Warranty is determined to be unenforceable or invalid by court decision, this Warranty will not be rendered unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and the provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision within the limits of applicable law. InHand is not responsible for any warranty, support or maintenance commitments made by Channel Partner or other service providers. InHand reserves the right to amend or change this warranty at its sole discretion at any time, and this Limited Warranty shall not be interpreted to create any contractual obligation by InHand to provide support to any specific Customer, Channel Partner or other service providers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
