Modbus est un protocole standard d\u2019\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es pour le contr\u00f4le industriel, utilisable pour la transmission mutuelle de donn\u00e9es de protocole entre RTU, ASCII et TCP\/IP. Le mode de communication correspondant est Modbus TCP, similaire \u00e0 Ethernet.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77f2942 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77f2942\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#039;essence de Modbus RTU et de Modbus TCP\/IP r\u00e9side dans le protocole Modbus, et tous deux \u00e9changent des donn\u00e9es via l&#039;adresse d&#039;un registre Modbus. Mais quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre eux\u00a0? Nous allons l&#039;examiner aujourd&#039;hui sous les angles suivants.<\/p><p><strong>1. Concepts<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Modbus<\/strong> est un protocole standard d&#039;\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es de contr\u00f4le industriel, qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la transmission mutuelle de donn\u00e9es de protocole dans RTU, ASCII et TCP\/IP. <strong>RTU<\/strong> (Unit\u00e9 terminale distante) transmet directement les donn\u00e9es sous forme binaire via une communication s\u00e9rie, telle que RS-485, offrant une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une faible surcharge. <strong>ASCII<\/strong> Ce mode convertit chaque octet de donn\u00e9es en deux caract\u00e8res ASCII, facilitant la lecture par l&#039;homme mais au prix d&#039;une efficacit\u00e9 moindre. En revanche, <strong>Modbus TCP<\/strong> Incorpore les donn\u00e9es du protocole Modbus dans des paquets TCP pour transmission sur les r\u00e9seaux TCP\/IP.<\/p><p><strong>2. Modes de communication<\/strong><\/p><p>L&#039;Ethernet utilise le protocole Modbus TCP. La transmission s\u00e9rie asynchrone, compatible avec diff\u00e9rents supports tels que les liaisons filaires RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, la fibre optique et les liaisons sans fil, correspond \u00e0 Modbus RTU ou Modbus ASCII. Le r\u00e9seau \u00e0 jeton haut d\u00e9bit, utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes propri\u00e9taires de Modicon, correspond \u00e0 Modbus PLUS.<\/p><p><strong>3. Encapsulation du protocole<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Compar\u00e9 au protocole Modbus RTU, le protocole Modbus TCP ajoute un <strong>MBAP<\/strong> En-t\u00eate (Modbus Application Protocol) du protocole RTU. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que TCP repose sur un service de connexion fiable, <strong>Code de v\u00e9rification CRC<\/strong> L&#039;utilisation du code CRC dans les RTU pour la d\u00e9tection d&#039;erreurs n&#039;est plus n\u00e9cessaire dans Modbus TCP. Par cons\u00e9quent, Modbus TCP n&#039;inclut pas de code de contr\u00f4le CRC.<\/p><p>Une fa\u00e7on courante de d\u00e9crire cette diff\u00e9rence est de dire que <strong>Modbus TCP est essentiellement le protocole Modbus RTU auquel on ajoute un en-t\u00eate MBAP au d\u00e9but et on supprime les deux octets de contr\u00f4le CRC \u00e0 la fin.<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>4. R\u00f4les dans la communication<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Le <strong>Modbus RTU<\/strong> Ce protocole facilite la communication entre les contr\u00f4leurs et entre les contr\u00f4leurs et d&#039;autres appareils via des canaux de communication s\u00e9rie tels que RS-232 et RS-485. Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les environnements industriels o\u00f9 une communication fiable et efficace est requise sur des distances courtes \u00e0 moyennes.<\/p><p>Le<strong> Modbus TCP<\/strong> Le protocole Modbus TCP, quant \u00e0 lui, est utilis\u00e9 pour la communication sur les r\u00e9seaux Ethernet. Il encapsule les donn\u00e9es du protocole Modbus dans des paquets TCP\/IP, permettant ainsi aux appareils de communiquer sur des r\u00e9seaux locaux (LAN) ou des r\u00e9seaux \u00e9tendus (WAN). Modbus TCP fonctionne au niveau de la couche application, tirant parti des capacit\u00e9s de transmission fiables de la pile TCP\/IP.<\/p><p><strong>5. Transmission<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>L&#039;application de <strong>Modbus RTU<\/strong> Le protocole Modbus RTU pr\u00e9sente des limitations dues \u00e0 sa courte port\u00e9e et \u00e0 sa faible vitesse de transmission. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 dans des environnements o\u00f9 la distance de communication n&#039;exc\u00e8de pas quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres et o\u00f9 les exigences en mati\u00e8re de vitesse sont modestes, avec des d\u00e9bits typiques compris entre 9\u00a0600 et 115\u00a0200\u00a0bits\/s. Malgr\u00e9 ces limitations, Modbus RTU demeure populaire dans les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le industriels gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa simplicit\u00e9, sa fiabilit\u00e9 et son rapport co\u00fbt-efficacit\u00e9.<\/p><p>En revanche, le <strong>Modbus TCP<\/strong> Le protocole Modbus TCP est largement utilis\u00e9 en raison de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transmettre des donn\u00e9es sur de longues distances et \u00e0 des vitesses \u00e9lev\u00e9es. S&#039;appuyant sur les protocoles Ethernet et TCP\/IP, Modbus TCP peut transmettre des donn\u00e9es sur des distances beaucoup plus importantes, pratiquement illimit\u00e9es avec des routeurs et des commutateurs, et \u00e0 des vitesses bien sup\u00e9rieures, atteignant souvent plusieurs centaines de m\u00e9gabits par seconde (Mbps). Ces avantages rendent Modbus TCP adapt\u00e9 aux applications exigeant une large bande passante et des r\u00e9seaux de communication \u00e9tendus.<\/p><p><strong>6. Applications<\/strong><\/p><p>Le <strong>Modbus RTU<\/strong> Ce protocole est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans l&#039;automatisation \u00e9lectrique et le contr\u00f4le des processus, et adopte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les interfaces de communication RS-232 ou RS-485. Ces interfaces sont largement utilis\u00e9es dans les environnements industriels, assurant une communication fiable \u00e0 courte distance.<\/p><p>Le<strong> Modbus TCP<\/strong> Ce protocole est principalement utilis\u00e9 sur Internet ou sur des intranets. Il exploite les r\u00e9seaux Ethernet et TCP\/IP pour faciliter la communication entre les appareils sur des r\u00e9seaux locaux (LAN) ou des r\u00e9seaux \u00e9tendus (WAN), ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux applications n\u00e9cessitant une bande passante \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une communication longue distance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
