SECO Group acquires 100% of InHand Electronics. SECO, with a shareholder FII Tech Growth fund backed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. We expect finalization of the acquisition once the Committee on Foreign Investment in The United States (CFIUS) filing approval is received.
