Todos conocemos los coches. Incluso si no sabemos el destino, un navegador electr\u00f3nico nos gu\u00eda hasta \u00e9l. \u00bfNecesitan los paquetes IP informaci\u00f3n de navegaci\u00f3n similar? S\u00ed, en el momento en que los paquetes IP entran en internet, la informaci\u00f3n de navegaci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 en camino, esperando su llegada. No responder\u00e9 a esta pregunta de inmediato, sino que la analizar\u00e9 con el navegador electr\u00f3nico. Al introducir la informaci\u00f3n del destino, el sistema de navegaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica utiliza su propia base de datos cartogr\u00e1fica para calcular la ruta m\u00e1s corta. Esta base de datos viene precargada en el sistema de navegaci\u00f3n, y es posible que necesites actualizarla peri\u00f3dicamente, ya que las carreteras globales se desarrollan muy r\u00e1pidamente. Si no la actualizas, podr\u00edas terminar en r\u00edos o en el mar\u2026<\/p><p>Si cada enrutador dispone de informaci\u00f3n de enlace similar a la base de datos del mapa, tambi\u00e9n puede utilizar el algoritmo de ruta m\u00e1s corta para completar la navegaci\u00f3n. El protocolo para intercambiar informaci\u00f3n de enlace entre cada enrutador se denomina protocolo de enrutamiento. Este art\u00edculo pretende explicar el protocolo de enrutamiento. Hasta ahora, deber\u00eda comprender qu\u00e9 es el enrutamiento, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 hay del protocolo? El protocolo especifica c\u00f3mo expresar esta informaci\u00f3n de enlace, cu\u00e1nto cuesta atravesarlo y qu\u00e9 enrutadores de nodo se encuentran en ambos extremos. Con esta informaci\u00f3n, los enrutadores pueden dibujar din\u00e1micamente un mapa (diagrama topol\u00f3gico) de toda la red. Para cada destino, se genera din\u00e1micamente una entrada de enrutamiento seg\u00fan el algoritmo de ruta m\u00e1s corta y se almacena en una tabla, que denominamos tabla de enrutamiento.<\/p><p>Quienes est\u00e9n familiarizados con los protocolos de enrutamiento sabr\u00e1n f\u00e1cilmente que me refiero a OSPF e IS-IS. Son muy similares. Todos son protocolos de estado de enlace. Primero recopilan informaci\u00f3n de enlace entre enrutadores, como el costo, los nodos conectados en ambos extremos y los tipos de enlaces, y luego ejecutan un algoritmo similar al de la ruta m\u00e1s corta para generar la informaci\u00f3n de la tabla de enrutamiento.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 protocolo de enrutamiento elegir?<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00bfTan similares? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Se trata de dos acuerdos desarrollados en paralelo por dos organizaciones diferentes. Nadie tiene una ventaja absoluta, \u00a1as\u00ed que dejemos que el mercado los ponga a prueba! IS-IS ofrece m\u00e1s ventajas en cuanto a desarrollo de protocolo y escalabilidad, mientras que OSPF podr\u00eda quedar relegado.<\/p><p>Hoy, en lugar de discutir qui\u00e9n ganar\u00e1, abordemos la primera pregunta. Si OSPF e IS-IS se ejecutan en el mismo enrutador y ambos generan tablas de enrutamiento para el mismo destino (misma direcci\u00f3n de red y misma m\u00e1scara de red), \u00bfcu\u00e1l se utiliza? Esta es una decisi\u00f3n de prioridad dif\u00edcil. Cada fabricante tiene su propia elecci\u00f3n. Cisco utiliza un nombre que suena extra\u00f1o: Distancia de Administraci\u00f3n (AD) para distinguir la prioridad de cada uno. La prioridad 0 es la m\u00e1s alta, mientras que la prioridad 255 es la m\u00e1s baja. OSPF usa por defecto el bit de prioridad 110, mientras que IS-IS usa por defecto la prioridad 115. Obviamente, la informaci\u00f3n de enrutamiento de OSPF tiene prioridad. Veamos un ejemplo para ilustrarlo:<\/p><p>Ruta OSPF: 10.1.1.0\/24 siguiente salto aaaa AD 110<\/p><p>Ruta IS-IS: 10.1.1.0\/24 siguiente salto bbbb AD 115<\/p><p>Entonces, lo que entra en la tabla de enrutamiento es:<\/p><p><strong>Ruta OSPF: 10.1.1.0\/24 siguiente salto aaaa AD 110<\/strong><\/p><p>No se deje enga\u00f1ar pensando que OSPF tiene una alta prioridad de AD e IS-IS una baja. Si OSPF e IS-IS se ejecutan simult\u00e1neamente, todas las entradas de enrutamiento de IS-IS no se incluir\u00e1n en la tabla de enrutamiento. \u00a1Esto es incorrecto! Cabe destacar que solo las entradas de enrutamiento equivalentes pueden usar la prioridad del valor de AD para decidir si se incluyen o no. Si no son entradas de enrutamiento equivalentes, la prioridad de AD no se comparar\u00e1 en absoluto.<\/p><p>Por supuesto, hay otros protocolos que pueden competir por entrar en la tabla de enrutamiento: RIP (120), EIGRP (90), BGP (20,200), as\u00ed como la ruta conectada directamente (0) y la ruta est\u00e1tica (1), con su prioridad AD y BGP externo entre par\u00e9ntesis.<\/p><p>20, y el BGP interno es 200. Actualmente, la prioridad AD de los protocolos de enrutamiento comunes es:<\/p><p>Ruta directa &gt; ruta est\u00e1tica &gt; EBGP &gt; EIGRP &gt; OSPF &gt; ISIS &gt; RIP &gt; IBGP<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el mejor siguiente salto?<\/strong><\/p><p>Tras hablar de la tabla de enrutamiento, veamos c\u00f3mo llegan los paquetes IP al enrutador, c\u00f3mo encontrar la tabla de enrutamiento y c\u00f3mo completar la tarea de navegaci\u00f3n de los paquetes IP. \u00bfC\u00f3mo encontrar el siguiente salto con la mayor eficiencia y precisi\u00f3n?<br \/>Si la tabla de enrutamiento tiene las siguientes cinco entradas y la direcci\u00f3n de destino del paquete IP es 10.1.1.1, \u00bfqu\u00e9 entrada elegir\u00e1 la tabla de enrutamiento? Seg\u00fan la regla de coincidencia de prefijo m\u00e1s largo, se seleccionar\u00e1 10.1.1.1\/32 porque es una coincidencia exacta, es decir, una coincidencia de 32 bits.<br \/>Si la direcci\u00f3n de destino del paquete IP es: 10.1.1.100, se seleccionar\u00e1 10.1.1.0\/24, que es la coincidencia m\u00e1s larga y coincide con 24 bits.<br \/>Si la direcci\u00f3n de destino del paquete IP es: 10.1.2.100, se seleccionar\u00e1 10.1.0.0\/16, que es la coincidencia m\u00e1s larga, con 16 bits coincidentes.<br \/>Si la direcci\u00f3n de destino del paquete IP es: 10.2.1.100, se seleccionar\u00e1 10.0.0\/8, que es la coincidencia m\u00e1s larga, con 8 bits coincidentes.<br \/>Si la direcci\u00f3n de destino del paquete IP es: 192.168.1.1, se seleccionar\u00e1 0.0.0\/0, que es la ruta predeterminada y puede coincidir con cualquier direcci\u00f3n de destino IP.<br \/>10.1.1.1\/32<br \/>10.1.1.0\/24<br \/>10.1.0.0\/16<br \/>10.0.0.0\/8<br \/>0.0.0.0\/0<br \/>Tenemos una comprensi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de qu\u00e9 son el protocolo de enrutamiento, la distancia administrativa (AD) del protocolo de enrutamiento y la regla de coincidencia de prefijo m\u00e1s larga para la b\u00fasqueda de enrutamiento, y el pr\u00f3ximo art\u00edculo presentar\u00e1 el protocolo de estado de enlace OSPF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
