Ein Protokoll ist die Sprache der Kommunikationstechnologie, vergleichbar mit unserer Alltagssprache. Wir vereinbaren beispielsweise, dass \u201e1\u201c f\u00fcr links und \u201e2\u201c f\u00fcr rechts steht, und ich gebe Ihnen eine \u201e1\u201c. Wenn Sie dieses Protokoll nicht kennen, wissen Sie nur, dass es \u201e1\u201c bedeutet; wenn Sie es aber kennen, wissen Sie, dass es \u201elinks\u201c hei\u00dft.<\/p><p>Was ist das Modbus-Protokoll?<\/p><p>Nachdem wir das Konzept des \u201eProtokolls\u201c verstanden haben, schauen wir uns nun an, was das Modbus-Protokoll ist. Modbus ist ein serielles Kommunikationsprotokoll und ein Busprotokoll, das 1979 von der Firma Modicon (heute im Besitz von Schneider Electric) zur Kommunikation mit ihrer speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung (SPS) ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr die serielle Schnittstelle und Ethernet existieren verschiedene Versionen des Modbus-Protokolls, wobei Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII und Modbus Plus die gebr\u00e4uchlichsten sind.<\/p><p><strong>Modbus ASCII-Protokoll<\/strong><\/p><p>Das Modbus-ASCII-Protokoll basiert auf dem Modbus-RTU-Protokoll, welches Befehle zur \u00dcbertragung in ASCII-Zeichen umwandelt. Beispielsweise ben\u00f6tigt das Modbus-RTU-Protokoll f\u00fcr die \u00dcbertragung von \u201e12\u201c nur ein Byte. Das Modbus-ASCII-Protokoll hingegen muss \u201e1\u201c in \u201e31\u201c und \u201e2\u201c in \u201e32\u201c umwandeln und ben\u00f6tigt daher zwei Bytes f\u00fcr die \u00dcbertragung. Aus diesem Grund ist Modbus ASCII ineffizient und weist eine geringe Auslastung auf.<\/p><p><strong>Modbus Plus-Protokoll<\/strong><\/p><p>Das Modbus Plus-Protokoll, allgemein bekannt als MB+, ist ein Hochgeschwindigkeits-Feldbusnetzwerk, ein typisches Token-Bus-Netzwerk und ein lokales Netzwerksystem, insbesondere f\u00fcr industrielle Steuerungsanwendungen.<\/p><p><strong>Modbus TCP-Protokoll<\/strong><\/p><p>Das Modbus-TCP-Protokoll dient der Verwaltung und Steuerung von Automatisierungsanlagen. Es umfasst die Verwendung von Modbus-Nachrichten in Intranet- und Internetumgebungen mittels TCP\/IP-Protokoll. Man kann es sich als Modbus-RTU-Protokoll vorstellen, das \u00fcber Ethernet l\u00e4uft.<\/p><p><strong>Modbus RTU-Protokoll<\/strong><\/p><p>Das Modbus-Protokoll ist ein Protokoll, das zwischen Ger\u00e4ten verwendet wird, genauer gesagt, es muss das Modbus-RTU-Protokoll zwischen den Ger\u00e4ten verwendet werden! Dies ist im Modbus-Protokoll festgelegt, und der Standardmodus ist das RTU-Protokoll. Die Rahmenstruktur besteht im Allgemeinen aus Adresse, Funktionscode, Daten und Pr\u00fcfzeichen.<\/p><p><strong>Warum ist das Modbus-Protokoll so beliebt?<\/strong><\/p><p>Bis jetzt ist mir nicht klar, warum das Modbus-Protokoll so beliebt ist. Lasst es uns gemeinsam herausfinden.<\/p><p>Modbus hat sich im industriellen Bereich zum Industriestandard f\u00fcr Kommunikationsprotokolle entwickelt (De facto) und ist heute ein g\u00e4ngiger Verbindungsmodus (Industriestandard) zwischen industriellen Elektronikger\u00e4ten. B. bei Instrumenten und Messger\u00e4ten, intelligenten Hoch- und Niederspannungsger\u00e4ten, Messumformern, programmierbaren Steuerungen, Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstellen, Frequenzumrichtern, intelligenten Feldger\u00e4ten usw.<\/p><p><strong>Wie wird Modbus in der Industrie eingesetzt?<\/strong><\/p><p>Da kommt die neue Generation\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/inhandgo.com\/products\/ingateway502-industrial-cellular-gateway\" target=\"_self\">IoT-Edge-Gateway<\/a>\u00a0Entwickelt f\u00fcr das industrielle IoT.
