Ethernet nutzt Modbus TCP als Kommunikationsmodus.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77f2942 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77f2942\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Wesen von Modbus RTU und Modbus TCP\/IP ist das Modbus-Protokoll, und beide tauschen Daten \u00fcber Modbus-Registeradressen aus. Doch worin besteht der Unterschied zwischen ihnen? Wir werden sie heute unter folgenden Gesichtspunkten beleuchten.<\/p><p><strong>1. Konzepte<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Modbus<\/strong> ist ein standardisiertes industrielles Steuerungsdatenaustauschprotokoll, das f\u00fcr die gegenseitige \u00dcbertragung von Protokolldaten in RTU, ASCII und TCP\/IP verwendet werden kann. <strong>RTU<\/strong> Die Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt Daten direkt in Bin\u00e4rform \u00fcber serielle Kommunikationsschnittstellen wie RS-485 und bietet dadurch hohe Effizienz und geringen Overhead. <strong>ASCII<\/strong> Der Modus wandelt jedes Datenbyte in zwei ASCII-Zeichen um, was die Lesbarkeit f\u00fcr Menschen verbessert, aber die Effizienz verringert. Andererseits <strong>Modbus TCP<\/strong> Bettet Modbus-Protokolldaten in TCP-Pakete zur \u00dcbertragung \u00fcber TCP\/IP-Netzwerke ein.<\/p><p><strong>2. Kommunikationsmodi<\/strong><\/p><p>Ethernet und der zugeh\u00f6rige Kommunikationsmodus sind Modbus TCP. Die asynchrone serielle \u00dcbertragung, die verschiedene Medien wie kabelgebundenes RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, Glasfaser und drahtlose Verbindungen nutzen kann, entspricht Modbus RTU oder Modbus ASCII. Das in den propriet\u00e4ren Systemen von Modicon verwendete Hochgeschwindigkeits-Token-Passing-Netzwerk entspricht Modbus PLUS.<\/p><p><strong>3. Protokollkapselung<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Im Vergleich zum Modbus-RTU-Protokoll f\u00fcgt das Modbus-TCP-Protokoll Folgendes hinzu: <strong>MBAP<\/strong> (Modbus Application Protocol)-Header zum RTU-Protokoll. Da TCP auf einem zuverl\u00e4ssigen Verbindungsdienst basiert, <strong>CRC-Pr\u00fcfcode<\/strong> Die in RTU zur Fehlererkennung verwendete CRC-Pr\u00fcfnummer wird in Modbus TCP nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigt. Daher enth\u00e4lt Modbus TCP keinen CRC-Pr\u00fcfcode mehr.<\/p><p>Eine g\u00e4ngige Methode, diesen Unterschied zu beschreiben, ist zu sagen, dass <strong>Modbus TCP ist im Wesentlichen das Modbus-RTU-Protokoll mit einem zus\u00e4tzlichen MBAP-Header am Anfang und dem Wegfall der beiden CRC-Pr\u00fcfbytes am Ende.<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>4. Rollen in der Kommunikation<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Der <strong>Modbus RTU<\/strong> Das Protokoll erm\u00f6glicht die Kommunikation zwischen Steuerungen und zwischen Steuerungen und anderen Ger\u00e4ten \u00fcber serielle Kommunikationskan\u00e4le wie RS-232 und RS-485. Es findet breite Anwendung in industriellen Umgebungen, in denen eine zuverl\u00e4ssige und effiziente Kommunikation \u00fcber kurze bis mittlere Entfernungen erforderlich ist.<\/p><p>Der<strong> Modbus TCP<\/strong> Das Modbus-Protokoll hingegen dient der Kommunikation \u00fcber Ethernet-Netzwerke. Es kapselt Modbus-Protokolldaten in TCP\/IP-Pakete und erm\u00f6glicht so die Kommunikation von Ger\u00e4ten \u00fcber lokale Netzwerke (LAN) oder Weitverkehrsnetze (WAN). Modbus TCP arbeitet auf der Anwendungsschicht und nutzt die zuverl\u00e4ssigen \u00dcbertragungsfunktionen des TCP\/IP-Stacks.<\/p><p><strong>5. Getriebe<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p>Die Anwendung der <strong>Modbus RTU<\/strong> Das Protokoll ist aufgrund seiner geringeren \u00dcbertragungsdistanz und niedrigeren Geschwindigkeit eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Typischerweise wird Modbus RTU in Umgebungen eingesetzt, in denen die Kommunikationsdistanz einige hundert Meter nicht \u00fcberschreitet und die Geschwindigkeitsanforderungen moderat sind, mit typischen Baudraten zwischen 9600 und 115200 bps. Trotz dieser Einschr\u00e4nkungen ist Modbus RTU aufgrund seiner Einfachheit, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Kosteneffizienz in industriellen Steuerungssystemen weiterhin beliebt.<\/p><p>Im Gegensatz dazu <strong>Modbus TCP<\/strong> Das Modbus-TCP-Protokoll ist aufgrund seiner F\u00e4higkeit zu gro\u00dfen \u00dcbertragungsdistanzen und hohen \u00dcbertragungsgeschwindigkeiten weit verbreitet. Durch die Nutzung von Ethernet- und TCP\/IP-Protokollen kann Modbus TCP Daten \u00fcber deutlich gr\u00f6\u00dfere Entfernungen \u00fcbertragen \u2013 bei Verwendung von Routern und Switches praktisch unbegrenzt \u2013 und mit wesentlich h\u00f6heren Geschwindigkeiten, die oft Hunderte von Megabit pro Sekunde (Mbit\/s) erreichen. Diese Vorteile machen Modbus TCP ideal f\u00fcr Anwendungen, die eine hohe Bandbreite und umfangreiche Kommunikationsnetzwerke erfordern.<\/p><p><strong>6. Anwendungen<\/strong><\/p><p>Der <strong>Modbus RTU<\/strong> Das Protokoll wird haupts\u00e4chlich in der elektrischen Automatisierung und Prozesssteuerung eingesetzt und verwendet in der Regel RS-232- oder RS-485-Kommunikationsschnittstellen. Diese Schnittstellen sind in industriellen Umgebungen weit verbreitet und gew\u00e4hrleisten eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Kommunikation \u00fcber kurze Distanzen.<\/p><p>Der<strong> Modbus TCP<\/strong> Das Protokoll wird haupts\u00e4chlich im Internet oder in Intranets verwendet. Es nutzt Ethernet- und TCP\/IP-Netzwerke, um die Kommunikation zwischen Ger\u00e4ten in lokalen Netzwerken (LAN) oder Weitverkehrsnetzen (WAN) zu erm\u00f6glichen, wodurch es sich f\u00fcr Anwendungen eignet, die eine hohe Bandbreite und die Kommunikation \u00fcber gro\u00dfe Entfernungen erfordern.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
